< Advanced Service Attributes < Active / Inactive Service Items

You may wish to stop providing a particular service, and it is useful to be able to make it inactive and to remove – or "hide" – it from a variety of lists used around the system, including allowing clients to request the service in the Client Portal.

This option is useful if you are unable to "delete" a service as it will hide it from the list of available service items.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced

STEP 1

How do I view a list of all my active and inactive services?

  • Under "Filters" check the "Include inactive items" box and click "Reload" to display ALL services both active and inactive.

  • Click on the inactive service item you wish to edit.

How do I make an existing service inactive?

  • Click "Advanced" from the menu.

  • Slide the switch for the "Active" option to OFF.

  • Click "Update" to save.

ON MOBILE:
