Navigation: CLIENTS > click on a client record > RECEIPTS
When your client makes a payment to your Stripe account using the "Pay now" link in the Account Summary screen of the Client Portal, Pet Sitter Plus detects that this payment has been made and automatically posts a receipt to the appropriate client record. An example of an automatically posted receipt is shown in the screenshot below.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no email confirmation to you or your client from Pet Sitter Plus when an automatic receipt is posted, as confirmation of the transaction is sent to both parties by Stripe. Please see Email Settings on your Stripe Account for more information on setting up automatic notifications from Stripe.
