Once logged onto the Client Portal, from the Schedule screen your client will be able to:
make online bookings through request services (if you have allowed them to do this)
view booked or scheduled jobs on their account, both historic and future bookings
cancel scheduled jobs (if you have allowed them to do this)
view check-in and check-out times on jobs (if you have allowed them to do this)
view feedback reports (if you have allowed them to do this)

The schedule view displays a month-by-month, or day-by-day calendar with all historic and future bookings. It is also possible to view check-in and check-out times plus feedback reports.
