When one or more of your clients has requested services from the client portal, you will receive a "Job Request" in Pet Sitter Plus. There are two ways you can access the online booking:

 

  • A red indicator is shown above the DIARY & SCHEDULE menu and the number on this indicator shows the number clients who have requested services which have not yet scheduled by you in Pet Sitter Plus.

  • Clicking on the red number will  take you to the Job Requests screen where you can schedule, amend or email the booking to the client and/or sitter.
     

  • Alternatively, on the HOME screen, a link will appear indicating that you have "X clients with outstanding job requests.

  • Clicking on this link will  take you to the Job Requests screen where you can schedule, amend or email the booking to the client and/or sitter.

When a client makes a booking for one or more services from the portal, an email confirmation of the job request is sent to them and also to any Alternative or Emergency contacts if these contacts have been marked to receive copy emails.

 

A copy of this email (see example below) is also sent to your Pet Sitter Plus admin mailbox.
