You will be notified in a variety of ways that a client has made an online booking.


In a similar way to invoices and quotes, you will receive a copy of the Job Request Confirmation email that is automatically generated and sent to your client. The email is sent to your admin inbox notifying you that a job request has been received.


Who receives the job request confirmation email?

  • The request confirmation email is always sent to the client's email address held on file. If there is an alternative contact held on file and the option to "copy emails to this address" has been checked, then request confirmation email will also go to the alternative contacts email address.

  • The request confirmation email is always sent to the company email. The company email can be found in ADMIN > SETTINGS > Company information.

  • The request confirmation email can optionally be sent to the primary sitter. The option to control whether or not the primary sitter receives a copy of the request confirmation email can be found in ADMIN > SETTINGS > Client Portal Settings > BCC Job Request Emails to Primary Sitter.


 How can I change the text on my confirmation emails?


There are a number of ways you are notified of job requests that have arrived from your HOME screen as well, where you can access the Job Request processing workflow.


  • To access the job request processing queue click DIARY & SCHEDULING > JOB REQUESTS from the main menu. 

  • Alternatively click "X clients with outstanding job requests" from the HOME screen.

  • Or click on the red Job Requests box to access the list of job requests that are awaiting processing.
