There are three ways you can access online bookings or service (job) requests in Pet Sitter Plus so that you can review, amend or delete if necessary and email the client and/or sitter about the booking, and then schedule the jobs to your Pet Sitter Plus diary. The first two methods will show you pending job requests for the whole system, the third method will show you pending job requests for the current client only.

 

1. From the HOME screen

 

  • Click either the red indicator or the link showing "X clients with outstanding job requests.

  • Read all about the options for processing Job Requests via the DIARY/SCHEDULE menu.

2. From the DIARY/SCHEDULE > JOB REQUESTS menu

 

  • Click the "X job requests" link that you want to schedule.

  • Read all about the options for processing Job Requests via the DIARY/SCHEDULE menu.

3. From the CLIENTS > JOB REQUESTS menu

 

  • From the CLIENTS menu, select the client record to see their individual online booking or job request.

  • You will see ALL the job requests that the client has outstanding. Check the boxes against the job requests that you want to schedule.
