Before you can access the Tip Processing function in the Client Portal, you will need to "allow tips" in the Client Portal settings.

Check the option for "Allow tips" and

Click "Update" to save.

To allocate all tips to the primary sitter, check this option.

Click "Update" to save
You can always change the allocations at a later date, eg. if a client wants their tip to be shared between all sitters, but this option will ensure the primary sitter is automatically allocated the tip.
