< Tip Processing < Tips Settings




Navigation: Go to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Client Portal Settings

Before you can access the Tip Processing function in the Client Portal, you will need to "allow tips" in the Client Portal settings.

  • Check the option for "Allow tips" and

  • Click "Update" to save.

  • To allocate all tips to the primary sitter, check this option.

  • Click "Update" to save

You can always change the allocations at a later date, eg. if a client wants their tip to be shared between all sitters, but this option will ensure the primary sitter is automatically allocated the tip.
