If you see an error such as the one below when you – or your client – tries to add a bank account via the client portal, you have probably not completed all the steps that must be taken to activate your Stripe account to allow Pet Sitter Plus to be able to connect your clients' bank accounts via ACH.

 

 

To correct this go to Stripe Use ACH with Plaid and follow the instructions for activating ACH with Plaid and accepting Stripe's Terms and Conditions.
