GPS Check-In Check-Out is a function on the mobile interface that enables you to record the time and geopraphic location when you started and ended a client visit or walk. However, if your time zone is incorrectly set then your GPS Check-In / Check-Out times may be recorded incorrectly.



If the time showing on your mobile phone (at the time of “Checking In”) does not match the actual current time, your system time zone may be set incorrectly.


To change your time zone go to

ADMIN > SETTINGS > Date & Time Settings and choose a new time zone from the drop down list.
