< Advanced Service Attributes < Internal Service
There may be some services that you want your staff to see, but not your clients. For example, you may offer a free daily walk with a Daycare service. You need to schedule the walk with the sitter, but you do not want the free service showing on the client's schedule in the client portal (because it may confuse them).
Use this option to hide your internal services from the schedule in the client portal so your clients will not be aware of the items you schedule for internal purposes only.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced

How do I hide an internal service from the Schedule in the client portal?

Click on the service item you wish to edit.
STEP 2

Click "Advanced" from the menu.

Slide the switch to "ON" by "Internal Service".

Click "Update" to save.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced

Tap the service you wish to edit.

STEP 3

Tap the "Advanced" menu.

STEP 4

Slide the switch to "ON" by "Hide in Schedule".
