How do I view the Revenue Report of Product Categories (Service Items) a week at a time?

 

• Click "This Week"

• To view the previous week(s) click the "<<" button

• To view the next week(s) click the ">>" button

The Revenue Report by Product Categories (Service Items) explained

 

• Service Item Group - The list of service item groups in numerical or alphabetical order, as they appear in your Service Item Groups.

  • Clicking on any of these groups will drop down a breakdown of any service items that were ordered in the period you are looking at.

  • Item - the service item "short description".

  • Description - the service item "long description".

• Jobs - The total number of jobs that appear in the schedule for the period you are looking at.

• Total - the total revenue of the jobs in the schedule for the period you are looking at.

 

The pie graph shows:

• the amount of each service item group that were ordered in the period you are looking at, as a percentage.
