Using Pet Sitter Plus it is possible to pay staff a fixed amount for every job they do. These amounts can be viewed in summary and in detail on the compensation report.
Use the Compensation Report when you need to:

View a summary report of all staff compensation within a date range.

View a detailed report of compensation transactions for an individual staff member.
Setting Up Compensation
Before running your compensation report, make sure your compensation rules have been set up. You will need to read the section on Compensation Conditions.

The Compensation Report explained

Staff - The name of the staff member.

# Days Worked - The number of days on which the staff member attended to one or more jobs in the report date range.

# Jobs - The total number of jobs attended by the staff member in the report date range.

Client Charges - The total amount of client charges for all jobs for each staff member for the report date range.

Compensation - The total amount of staff compensation for all jobs for each staff member for the report date range.

% - The staff compensation amount expressed as a percentage of client charges.

The compensation report defaults to showing a summary of compensation for all staff, yet you can view a more detailed report for an individual staff member, showing the service that was provided plus the client name and charges.

The compensation report expanded to show a detailed list of compensation for all staff, which makes it easier to scroll through the list scanning for any issues.
