ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Item Groups
STEP 1
How do I add a new service item group?

Click "Service Item Groups" from the menu.

Click "+ New Service Item Group".
STEP 2

Enter your new Group name.
Note: It may help to order your groups and a way to do this is to give them a number order, eg. 1. 2. 3. and so on.

Click "Create Group"
STEP 3
The new service item group appears in the list and can now be applied to a service item.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Services > Service Item Groups

STEP 2

Tap "+ New Service Item Group".
