When you add compensation conditions they will be applied in the order in which they are listed under the Compensation Conditions sub menu for that service item.

The system applies these conditions in the order in which they are listed and stops as soon as a condition is met. It is important to ensure your conditions are listed in the correct order so that you achieve the desired result. As a general rule, the more arguments that you have in your condition then the higher up the list the condition should be.

STEP 3

  • Select the statement "the client type is".

  • Select the appropriate Client Type from the drop down menu.

NOTE: If you don't see an appropriate Client Type listed here, you may need to create one that fits the pricing policy, eg. you may want to increase compensation paid for a client who lives in Downtown. You would need to go to Admin > Services > Client Types and create a new client type called "Downtown". Then you would need to apply the new client type to anyone who lives in Downtown.

  • Add the correct amount for that type of client where it says "Then compensation is". Do not add a currency symbol such as $ or £.

  • Click "Add".
