Pet Sitter Plus allows you to make 'group-wide' settings for controlling the timeframe that clients can cancel to existing services or order new services. For example, you can stop clients from cancelling a service that is due to take place later the same day, or you can stop clients from booking a new service for later in that day.

 

The settings you apply her will be applied to ALL the services in that group. If you would rather make these changes to service items individually, you can set Service Request Time Constraints or Service Cancel Time Constraints on each service.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Item Groups

STEP 1
How do I add a Job Request Time Constraint to a Service Item Group?
  • Click the service item group you wish to edit, eg. "7. Training".

  • Enter how may days or hours you wish to limit your clients to, eg. 1 day will mean clients can only request services for the following day or later, but not book services for that day.

Note: this change will apply to all training services that have been put in the "7. Training" service item group.

  • Click "Update" to save.
