< Advanced Service Attributes < Key Not Needed
There may be some services that you want your staff to undertake – such as a Meet & Greet – where a key is not required in order to perform the service.
In this case, you would not want the "key required" alert to trigger on the "Services Requiring Keys" report in the Schedule.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced
STEP 1
How do I stop the key showing as "required" in the "Services Requiring Keys" report?

Click on the service item you wish to edit.
STEP 2

Click "Advanced" from the menu.

Slide the switch to "ON" by "Key not needed".

Click "Update" to save.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced

Tap the service you wish to edit.

Tap the "Advanced" menu.
