< Advanced Service Attributes < Show Service Items in Portal
If you want a service to appear on the list of services your clients can request using the Client Portal, then you should use this feature. For more information on how your clients can request services from the client portal, please see How to Request a Service from the Client Portal.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced
STEP 1
How do I make a service show in the client portal?

Click on the service item you wish to edit.
STEP 2

Click "Advanced" from the menu.

Slide the switch to "ON" by "Show in Portal".

Click "Update" to save.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Services > Service Items > Advanced

STEP 2

Tap the service you wish to edit.

STEP 3

Tap the "Advanced" menu.

STEP 4

Slide the switch to "ON" by "Hide in Schedule".

Tap "Update" to save.
